Uruguay national team will face Trinidad and Tobago in their only warm-up game for the 2016 Copa America Centenario, the national football association has revealed.
La Celeste are currently preparing for 2018 World Cup qualifiers vs Brazil and Peru, with coach Oscar Tabarez recently naming his squad for the two fixtures.
And it has now been revealed that Uruguay will square off against CONCACAF side Trinidad & Tobago in their final game before the Copa America Centenario.
The match will take place at Estadio Centenario on 27 May, around ten days before their first game against Mexico national team.
La Celeste will also battle Venezuela and Jamaica in Group C and they are the favourites to make it to the quarter-finals.
Despite missing star player Luis Suarez, who is finally back in the squad, Uruguay enjoyed a very good start to the 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign, winning three of first four fixtures.
