The national football team of Spain will play host to Georgia in their final warm-up match for the Euro 2021 finals, it has been revealed.
La Furia Roja will square off against Czech Republic, Turkey and Croatia in Group D in France, and they have been made 1.62 (5/8) favourites to win the first place in the group.
Marca has now revealed that Spain will test their skills against Georgia in Getafe on 7 June in what will be their last friendly game before flying to their Euro 2021 base on the island of Saint-Martin de Re.
La Furia Roja’s preparation start in March as they face Italy in Udine on 24 March before playing Romania three days later either in Bucharest or Cluj.
Spain then square off against Bosnia-Herzegovina in St Gallen on 29 May ahead of the clash with South Korea in Salzburg on 1 June.
The game against Georgia at Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Perez will serve as an opportunity for Vicente Del Bosque and his men to say goodbye to the fans before flying to France.
