Switzerland vs Belgium Team News
Captain Gokhan Ilner has been overlooked, while Breel Embolo made Switzerland Euro 2021 squad despite struggling with injury, but he is unlikely to be risked in Saturday’s match against Belgium. The likes of Timm Klose, Fabian Lustenberger, Valentin Stocker and Pajtim Kasami did not make the squad, whilst Denis Zakaria could make his Switzerland debut against the Red Devils. Josip Drmic is sidelined with injury, meaning that Haris Seferovic is going to lead the line for the hosts. Fabian Schar is out through an ankle problem, whereas Breel Embolo battles a knee injury.
Injured: Josip Drmic (25/8), Fabian Schar (19/5)
Doubtful: Breel Embolo (9/1)
Suspended: None
Vincent Kompany is out of contention with injury, whilst Premier League stars Nacer Chadli and Kevin Mirallas are both on the Belgium Euro 2021 reserve list. Steven Defour and Adnan Januzaj miss out as well, while Yannick Carrasco made the final roster, but he will not take part in Saturday’s friendly due to club commitments. Dedryck Boyata is stepping up his recovery from a hamstring injury, but Thomas Meunier, Bjorn Engels and Nicolas Lombaerts are definitely out and Radja Nainggolan is doubtful.
Injured: Vincent Kompany (70/4), Thomas Meunier (5/0), Nicolas Lombaerts (39/3), Bjorn Engels (0/0)
Doubtful: Radja Nainggolan (18/4), Dedryck Boyata (2/0)

Switzerland vs Belgium Prediction
All eyes will be on Stade de Geneve when Switzerland and Belgium take on each other in Saturday’s friendly as a number of top-class players will take part in the match. The likes of Shaqiri and latest Arsenal signing Xhaka are likely to pose a big threat for the opposition defenders and given Belgium attacking potential (Hazard, Lukaku, De Bruyne), both teams to score bet should be considered.
Betting tip: Both teams to score
