Highly-talented Borussia Dortmund youngster Christian Pulisic could receive a call from the United States national coach Jurgen Klinsmann weeks after the 17-year-old has made his senior debut with Die Borussen.
Pulisic came off the bench for Dortmund during the 2-0 win over Ingolstadt on Saturday and the American teenager has made huge leaps to prominence in just a couple of months.
The talented midfielder joined BVB in 2015 and was involved in the club’s winter training camp in Dubai during January, while Thomas Tuchel has awarded the youngster for his hard work by including him in Borussia Dortmund’s Europa League squad.
Christian Pulisic could be in line for another recognition as Jurgen Klinsmann is considering to call the 17-year-old to the United States soccer team.
Pulisic is holding a dual citizenship and is available to play for both Croatia and USMNT, but Klinsmann is hopeful that BVB starlet will continue to play for the USA as he has already represented the national team on youth level.
BVB’s Pulisic has been a member of the USA Under 17 set-up since 2013 and has already amassed 34 games during which he has impressed with 20 goals to his name.
