Martin Olsson should recover in time to face Wales in Sunday’s friendly, while Oscar Wendt and Jonas Olsson have been overlooked. Ludwig Augustinsson returns to contention after missing the Slovenia game due to club commitments. Albin Ekdal is included in Sweden 23-man squad, but he is unlikely to be risked against Wales. Quick Facts

  • Sweden are after their fourth consecutive win over Wales
  • Wales are eyeing their first ever win over Sweden
  • Dragons failed to score in three of their four meetings with Sweden
  • Under 2.5 goals were scored in six of their last eight matches away from home
  • Swedes are undefeated in previous four games at home (friendly matches)

Sweden vs Wales Prediction

Sweden failed to impress in a goalless draw with Slovenia, but it has to be noted that Zlatan Ibrahimovic was rested against the Zmajceki. The team’s key player should return to the starting line-up against Wales and given that Gareth Bale is likely to be rested in Sunday’s friendly, there is every chance the Nordic side will record their fourth consecutive win over Chris Coleman’s team.

Betting Tip: Sweden to win
