Important defender David Limbersky (34/1) has been left out after the drunk driving incident, with Tomas Sivok (49/4), Tomas Rosicky (100/22), Lukas Vacha (8/0) and Vaclav Pilar (22/5) missing out as well.

Jaroslav Plasil (94/6) returns having recovered from injury, but Mario Holek (8/0) has withdrawn, with talented defender Tomas Kalas called to replace him.

Fenerbahce full-back Gokhan Gonul (51/1) and Leverkusen’s Omer Toprak (23/2) failed to make the squad due to injury, whereas Galatasaray hotshot Semih Kaya (23/0) misses out as well.

Star striker Burak Yilmaz is included despite struggling through hamstring problem, but he is highly unlikely to start, with Umut Bulut expected to take his place up front.
