Important defender David Limbersky (34/1) has been left out after the drunk driving incident, with Tomas Sivok (49/4), Tomas Rosicky (100/22), Lukas Vacha (8/0) and Vaclav Pilar (22/5) missing out as well.

Fenerbahce full-back Gokhan Gonul (51/1) and Leverkusen’s Omer Toprak (23/2) failed to make the squad due to injury, whereas Galatasaray hotshot Semih Kaya (23/0) misses out as well.
