Thanks to a routine 2-0 win over Sporting Gijon in the first leg Real Betis moved one step closer to booking their place in Copa del Rey last 16. The Andalusian outfit are on a quest to defend their big lead in Tuesday’s clash at Estadio Municipal El Molinon, but coach Pepe Mel should warn his men against complacency. The likes of Rennella and Digard both miss the trip to Gijon with injury, while Dani Ceballos and Bruno Gonzalez are both available for selection after missing the Las Palmas game through suspension.
