Bayern Munich vs Dinamo Zagreb prediction

German champions seem unstoppable at the moment as Pep Gaurdiola’s men are on a twelve-game winning streak. The Bavarians are welcoming the Croatian champions in great form and will be looking to go past their Champions League rivals on Tuesday night.

Best of the best

Bayern Munich have recorded their best start in Bundesliga history with seven wins after seven rounds and 23 goals scored, and only three conceded so far. The Bavarians have even managed to surpass their numbers from the treble-winning season of 2012-13 and the confidence is high in Guardiola’s team. After the comprehensive derby win over Wolfsburg when Robert Lewandowski hauled a record-breaking five-goals run from the bench in only nine minutes, Bayern defeated Mainz away with a comfortable 3-0 result. Bayern will be looking to keep their perfect record in Champions League as well after an easy 3-0 win at Olympiakos and Dinamo Zagreb will have little to hope for against the in-form German champions. Bayern have scored over 2.5 goals in their last 6 games in Champions League and there is no doubt Guardiola’s team will not hold back on Tuesday as well.

Guardiola has a number of players on his injury list as Franck Ribery, Holger Badstuber, Jan Kirchhoff, Mehdi Benatia all out with injuries. Arjen Robben is also a doubt for the following encounter, but the Bayern manager has enough depth in his squad to compensate for all the absentees.

Dinamo after another surprise

Similarly to their Tuesday’s rivals, Dinamo Zagreb are also in great form. Zoran Mamic’s charges are yet to be beaten this season as they sit top of the league in Croatia with an impressive 45-match unbeaten streak in all competitions behind them. They were efficient against Osijek 4-1 this weekend and will be looking to perform yet another upset in the Champions League. Croatian giants have opened their European account with a surprising win over Arsenal at home but are under no illusions preparing for their match against Bayern away. Dinamo Zagreb have scored at least two goals in their last four games in the Champions League, including qualifiers, but breaking the German wall will be easier said than done.

Zoran Mamic will have his doubts over the fitness of Leonardo German Sigali and Ivo Pinto for the upcoming event, as both of the players have struggled with injuries lately. Dinamo manager is however unlikely to make any unnecessary changes to the team which did so well in the opening round of the elite European competition.

Bayern Munich vs Dinamo Zagreb betting tip

Both Bayern and Dinamo are entering the Tuesday’s duel on the back of some impressive runs of results and will be hoping to keep the fine form going. German giants will however prove to be too much for the Croatian side who will be lucky to go home defeated by a low margin. I expect the hosts to go hard from the kick off and should be supported for an easy win in their second European game of the season which would send a clear message to all of the Group F rivals.
