Olympique Marseille starlet Florian Thauvin is on the verge of signing a deal with Premier League side Newcastle United.
As reports in England suggest, the French midfielder is set to join the St. James’ Park outfit for £12m and there is every chance a deal will be completed in days to come.
The 22-year-old midfielder made 36 appearances for Olympique Marseille in the 2014/2015 Ligue 1 campaign and it has to be noted that he scored five goals for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
Florian Thauvin has yet to make his France debut, but no doubt, Didier Deschamps will count on him in the near future.
Newcastle United have already signed Aleksandar Mitrovic, Chancel Mbemba and Georginio Wijnaldum in the summer transfer window.
Anyhow, the spacey Frenchman would certainly help the Magpies improve their game.
