Neymar back in Brazil squad for Argentina, Peru qualifiers

Neymar back in Brazil squad for Argentina, Peru qualifiersBarcelona superstar Neymar was included in Carlos Dunga’s squad for 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Peru.

The Selecao face a daunting trip to Buenos Aires on 13 November after taking just three points from first two qualifiers, having suffered a 2-0 loss to Chile before defeating Venezuela.

Neymar missed the start of the qualifying campaign through suspension, but he is now back to the side, and he arrives in excellent form having bagged five goals in last two La Liga appearances before setting up both goals in the Champions League win over BATE Borisov.

Liverpool attackers Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho both continue to miss out, with PSG captain Thiago Silva and his teammate Lucas Moura overlooked.

Corinthians goalkeeper Cassio is the only new face in the squad, while veteran Ricardo Oliviera keeps his place after ending an eight-year exile with a goal against Venezuela.

Brazil national team coach Carlos Dunga is under pressure following some disappointing results of late and this is clearly not the best time to be facing arch rivals Argentina.
