It has been a tough draw for Jurgen Klinsmann’s men as the US national team have been pitted against Colombia, Costa Rica and Paraguay in the group stage of Copa America Centenario.
The USA soccer team begin their journey on 3 June at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara against Colombia in the derby game of Group A.
The 2016 Copa America Centenaro will be held outside South America for the first time in the history of the competition as a major soccer tournament returns to United States of America for the first time since 1994 FIFA World Cup.
Four days after their inaugural match versus Colombia, United States are playing Costa Rica in Chicago. Klinsmann’s charges will play their final Group A match against Paraguay on 11 June in Philadelphia.
The tournament will be held across ten cities in the United States of America. The draw for the 2016 Copa America Centenario was made in New York on Sunday.
