Gaston Silva has received a call-up in order to replace Sebastian Coates (injury). Diego Godin and Jose Maria Gimenez both miss the game due to club commitments. The Atletico Madrid duo will take part in the Champions League final against Real Madrid on Saturday evening. Barcelona ace Luis Suarez should join the camp on Wednesday, but he could be rested against Trinidad & Tobago. Fellow attackers Edinson Cavani, Cristian Stuani and Abel Hernandez made the final roster (Copa America) as well. Martin Caceres is sidelined with injury.
