Ibrahim Afellay and Gregory van der Wiel did not make the squad. Jurgen Locadia and Bart Ramselaar have withdrawn, with Steven Berghuis called as replacement. Wesley Sneijder is not in contention as he is set to play for Galatasaray in the Turkish Cup final.
