Man City’s fresh confidence will be tested in Saturday’s game against West Ham United and seeing that a win over the Hammers could see the title-chasing side climb to top position in the standings, I am positive that the visitors will go all guns blazing at the capital club. League leaders Arsenal face Chelsea in the London derby, meaning that Man City should take advantage of the situation. The Citizens were beaten by West Ham at their Etihad Stadium in the reverse fixture and no doubt Manuel Pellegrini’s men are hungry for revenge.
Eliaquim Mangala, Vincent Kompany, Wilfried Bony and Samir Nasri are all out of contention with injury. Kolo Toure is likely to return to the starting line-up.
